CANCELLATION POLICY
Although we hope you won’t need to cancel. We understand that life happens! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. No call/no show will be charged 50% of the total service fee. There is a 10 min grace period before having your appointment cancelled and then rescheduled. After 10 min you will be considered a no show & be charged. Card/cash/zelle are valid forms of payment COMMUNICATION IS KEY (life happens I get it)
